Community Preparedness Consulting Service (CPCS) is now on-line to serve the needs of the emergency response and disaster preparedness communities.  The goal of CPCS is to provide a portal for information and services to assist in reaching one overall goal - an integrated community response system to deal with the various disaster events that take place around the world!
